about Beans On Toast

I was born by the sea, I've been wondering over the past decade or so why I'm still landlocked in the prairies.  So my husband and I heading out there, and renovating an old house into a comfy new home for us both, and our dog Maggie Mae.

Most people will think we're crazy, since we're leaving a very lucrative city behind, along with our wonderful friends and my very supportive parents. My husband has a vision of how little money we will have out on Vancouver Island, where we will have to eat beans on toast for dinner to save money for the mortgage.

I think he's being a little dramatic. I think it will be a lot of fun.  Scary, but fun.
